Return Refund Policy

Damaged Goods:

We make every effort to prevent shipping damage, however on rare occasions, damage happens. Please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage. If there appears to be shipping damage, you need to keep the original shipping carton and packing materials, contact the carrier and us. If the merchandise is damaged, we will reship your order when possible.

Returns:

We work hard to provide our customers with the highest quality, cost effective merchandise available along with a great online shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Returned items for refund must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. There will be a 15% restocking fee for inspection and any repackaging that may be necessary for all non-defective product(s) .

Email us within 7 days of receipt of the product(s) and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) , which is valid for 10 business days from date of issue. Upon receipt of your approved return, we will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) or ship the item you selected in exchange. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded, all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage. Damages that occur during shipping are the responsibility of the customer returning the product(s) and will be deducted from any refund due.

All of our products are quality checked prior to shipping, but if you have purchased one of our products which appears to have a problem, please contact us. In most situations, we will be able to help with your problem with technical assistance without you needing to send anything back.

If we cannot solve your problem, we will issue a RMA to you which is valid for 10 business days from date of issue.

If you return an item and it is received after the 10 business day window, without a RMA, and/or we suspects an item has been used or damaged by impropper use, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense and no refund, exchange or store credit will be issued.

If the product is returned due to it being defective, we will provide an exchange of the same product type originally purchased or refund at our sole discresion.

Warranty

Batteries

Current EV Tech, LLC guarantees the batteries we sell to be free of any manufacturing defects for a period of one-year. This limited warranty only covers defects in material and workmanship. The one-year replacement period begins at date of purchase. No labor or transportation expenses are included in this limited warranty

Those who purchase a BMS from us with their batteries will be entitled to a two year limited warranty. This limited warranty only covers defects in material and workmanship. The two-year replacement period begins at date of purchase. No labor or transportation expenses are included in this limited warranty

Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall be void and excluded subsequent to one-year from the date of purchase. The replacement of the battery is the exclusive remedy under this written warranty or any implied warranty. Current EV Tech, LLC makes no other representation or warranty of any kind, and no representative, employee, distributor or dealer has the authority to make or imply any representation, promise, or agreement, which in any way varies the terms of this limited warranty. All batteries being submitted for warranty must be returned to our location in Lacey, Washington for testing and evaluation.

The provisions of this limited warranty shall not apply to failure due to:
Abuse or neglect such as but not limited to loose wiring, or rusted or corroded hardware; Lack of proper maintenance; Damage caused by improper installation of the battery; Neglect, breakage, freezing, fire, explosion, wreckage, the addition of any chemical, operation of the battery in an overcharged, or the operation of the battery in an uncharged condition or the use of a battery charger that is not designed to charge LiFePO4 batteries.

THESE BATTERIES ARE INTENDED TO BE USED BY PERSONS WITH TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE WITH BATTERIES. ANY OTHER USE RENDERS THE LIMITED WARRANTIES EXPRESSED HERIN AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES NULL AND VOID AND SAME ARE HERBY EXCLUDED.

ALSO EXCLUDED FROM THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE ANY AND ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF USE OR REVENUE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVIENIENCE OR ANY OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS.

Warranty Limitations
Current EV Tech's liability shall be to replace the defective battery. Replacement shall mean furnishing a new battery or used battery with sufficient life to complete the warranty term, which is incidental or reasonably equivalent to the warranted product at no cost to the purchaser during the replacement period.

Damage not resulting from a defect in materials or workmanship or which occurs due to abuse or neglect (including failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance), transportation, accident or alteration is excluded from this limited warranty.

All other products
